1. TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEY & SOIL INVESTIGATION REPORT

 

2. SANCTIONING & LIASONING WORKS:

• Drawing approvals from WBSIDC / Zila Parishad / HMC / BMC / NKDA etc.
• Fire Fighting approval/NOC from respective statutory body
• Assisting in appointing agency for preparing Project Report & Data Survey work for submission to various administrative body for acquiring relevant licenses, certificates etc.

 

3. MASTER-PLANNING & LANDSCAPE DESIGN WORK:

• Preparation of detailed Master plan framework and Infrastructure layout
• Preparation of Landscape Design scheme
• Preparation of Landscape layout Plan
• Specification of Landscape furniture and fixtures
• Specification of landscape lighting
• Specification of flora and fauna

 

4. ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL WORKS:

• Preparation of all Architectural drawings.
• Preparation of complete set of structural drawings (including Piling, RCC and PEB/Shed)
• Preparation of Detailed Project Estimate.
• Preparation of all working drawings required at site for execution of civil & PEB/shed works.
• Preparation of details for Roads and Embankments etc.

 

5. MEP SERVICES:

• Preparation of Electrical Layout (fixture, conduit, SLD, Panel G.A., etc)
• Preparation of Electrical Load Calculation data.
• Preparation of Electrical Estimate, BOQ& Specifications.
• Preparation of Plumbing and Site Drainage Layout & Details.
• Preparation of Plumbing and Drainage Estimate, BOQ& Specifications.
• Fire Detection-Protection & Fire Fighting drawings as per norms/NBC.
• Preparation of Fire Fighting Estimate & BOQ.

 

6. SUPERVISION WORK

• Periodic technical supervision work during execution of PEB and civil works at site.
• Checking of bill for quantity and certifying the same before payment.
• Ensuring proper standard, schedule of work at site and adherence to specifications.
• To coordinate between the various consultants, agencies, contractors and the Client.

 

7. INTERIOR DESIGNING:

• Space planning.
• Preparation of Furniture Layout.
• Preparation of detailed Electrical conduit & Fixture Layout (including Light, Fan, TV, Lan etc).
• Preparation of Sanitary & Plumbing Layout.
• Design treatment of walls, false ceiling, windows and doors.
• Detail designing of Furniture with working drawing.
• All Conceptual designing, Floor pattern, Color Schemes, Artifacts etc.
• Preparation of 3D visualizations (3D Max)
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities & Estimate
• Periodic site visit & supervision as required on request from client.
